Our we Energy or are we Physical?

Below is a picture of my finger tip taken with 3,000 polaroid film in an in closed box with no light. What caused the fine hairy lines to appear? When we look at my finger I can not see these lines, with my normal vision. The 3,000 speed polaroid film has exposed the light from the matter that is being exposed, which is my finger. There is light radiating from my finger tip

Can light be matter? This is a picture that says we are. Energy is not always seen as physical, unless we have the tools to measure it. This picture is proof that energy is in the form of light and light is physical and does have shape and sturcture.
